I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. After getting a flat tire, I brought it in to be repaired and was told that the tire could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new tire for $80. I then waited for about an hour and a half while several customers who arrived after me were served before me. I found this very frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I decided not to buy the new tire and left. The next day, I took the same tire to another shop, and they repaired it without any issues for only $20. What made the experience even more upsetting was that I felt I was not treated with the same level of respect as other customers. I am not from this country, I am from Africa but I do speak English, although I have an accent. I left feeling that I may have been treated differently. I cannot say for certain that this was the reason, but that is how the experience made me feel. Between the long wait, being passed over while other customers were served, and being told I needed a new tire when another shop repaired it for $20, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Do not go to them! You try to support black business and they get over they literally changed the price in 2 days . One day the tire was 60 and then 2 days later it was 70$! Do not recommend go somewhere they is getting over on their people and it’s sad.

Bought several tires from here. Have had some slight inconveniences however, 9/10 I’m taken care of. Times I had a tire with lump or slow leak… long as I have a receipt and communicate with the cashier or owners, I’m always taken care of. Replaced with a better tire. Very convenient for me as it is a 5 min drive from my house.

I bought a used tired yesterday morning and when I when out to go to work the same evening the tire was flat to the rim. I inflated it to avoid being late to work and went back this morning. The establishment was closed. I went back around 9a and the technician who repairs tires was not there. I was expecting a call back to return. The tire needed a patch and I WAS CHARGED $20 TO THE TIRE I PURCHASED 24 HOURS PERVIOUSLY. IS THIS THE REASON BEHIND THE NAME 24 HOURS? Because you will be back in 24 hours to give them more money!!!! How inconvenient and horrible customer service!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I CAME AT 9:45 am and got my tire changed in 5 minutes I should have known after it was changed so quick that it was an issue. Not even 4 hours later I come back to my car& my tire is completely flat. I then called before I came back to get a new tire they told me to come back and they wanted me to have a paper receipt, I came straight from work I didn’t have my coat with the receipt in and I would expect them to have remembered me. Even the worker remembered me and the cashier wanted to go back and forth no apology, no consideration for the inconvenience coming back up here and waiting to get another tire from people who have showed to be untrustworthy. Got the valve tighten appropriately. No new tire Thanks to the worker for speaking up.
